Hi,

I just thought I'd let you know about Artisan Cheese Center to see if any of its content might be of interest to you. The Web site is a celebration of the passion and tradition behind Artisan Cheese making. Additionally, the site offers recipes, web videos with featured Artisan Cheese Makers, blog entries & more.

Please check it out and shoot me an email if you have any questions!

Thanks,

I love pickled veggies. I think they round out a cheese plate, relish tray, as well as a salad plate so often. However, my family has been looking for a recipe or purchase source for one particular pickled item that we just can't find. My mother talks about small pickled green peppers (not sure of the variety, but somewhat larger than a thumb from her descriptions) that were stuffed with sauerkraut. Any ideas, people????

Just wanted to point out that the dates and location for the Hudson Valley Garlic Fesitval were wrong. The correct dates are the 27th and 28th of September and the festival is held in Saugerties, not Rhinebeck, NY. www.hvgf.com
